That was the scariest shit I’ve ever been through. As the rest of the office show me their seasoned socal looks of half-smile/half-concern I was in shock and awe. THE ENTIRE BUILDING WAS SHAKING!
I’ve been out here for 5+ years, and I’ve been told there were a few earthquakes, but I can’t say that I felt any of them. Most things feel like there’s a truck driving by the house or what not.. This one was different. Everyone was making fun of Clivins and I for being the “east-coasters” that didn’t know what the hell was going on, but when the shaking kept on going I think even the seasoned socal veterans got a little worried.
Props to Tim who wouldn’t have even interrupted his conference call had the “freaked-out boston kid” came into his office to stand in the doorway.. That’s hardcore!
